Row

[Chorus]
Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

[Verse 1]
I place wood on wood
And call it a boat
If I sink today
It's no problem

With steel oars
Which are enough for this year
With course towards the Faroe Islands
Yes, I am ready

I have a vest for a belt and waterproof shoes
Because the weather is rowdy and I've had enough

[Pre-chorus]
When the sea opens, the waves come
I'm alone on a boat on the look out for a better place
I haven't lost everything yet
But we hoist up the sails and set off again

[Chorus]
Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

[Verse 2]
I am still in the boat
Look at this, wow
Stopping in Greenland?
Yes, I am down (God damn!)

Steering at sea, I am the captain
Call me Gísli Marteinn
Many months since I last saw the sun
Want to spend the rest of my life out here at sea

[Pre-chorus]
When the sea opens, the waves come
I'm alone on a boat on the look out for a better place
I haven't lost everything yet
But we hoist up the sails and set off again

[Chorus]
Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

Row here, row there
Rowing through the waves
There is nothing that can stop me now
There is nothing that can stop me now (Oh woah woah oh)
There is nothing that can stop me now

There is nothing that can stop me now
Oh woah woah oh

Well done but please allow me to suggest some possible changes as a native English speaker and a student of Icelandic.
"With course towards..." is less English than : "on course to the Faroe Islands", or, "(my) course set for the Faroes."
"vesti" isn't a vest it's a waistcoat in British English, but it's not really important.
"the weather is rowdy" :"rowdy" isn't used for the weather. "Stormy" would be better.
" Stopping in Greenland?Yes, I am down" : "Yes, all ashore!" is stronger, but my interpretation to avoid a weak copy of "I am down".
"When the sea opens": to me it needs "up", so " when the sea opens up", it feels better.
I hope you don't mind and that this helps. :)
