Chicloso means sticky but it's also used to describe clingy people.
Xoloitzcuintle is a hairless dog native to Mexico.
Sapote is a fruit.
Entoloachar is to make someone lose consciousness by using a herb called toloache.
Fourth stanza, the dog realizes how humans end up tricking people
In the fifth stanza he is talking about himself, how great he is at dancing to the point of calling himself a king.
