This song was used as OST for Nippon TV drama: "Tsuyoshi Shikkari Shinasai" (1989)
^ When they announced the casts, the male lead was originally supposed to be played by male idol Takahashi Yoshiaki but he suddenly died, so the role was given to SMAP member: Mori Katsuyuki. SMAP itself was formed in 1988, so in 1989 the group was already there, they just hadn't officially debuted yet until 1991, but already appeared here and there on stages (as backup dancers for their seniors in Johnnys), in dramas and variety shows.
The drama itself was adapted from a manga, so in 1992, they released the anime version that aired until 1994 with a total of 112 episodes. The rating was quite high, the average rating was 18.2% and the highest rating reached 23,7% (*around the level of Sukeban Deka series a few years earlier).
From episode 31-51 (1993), the song used as the ending theme was..... Wink song: "Kekkon Shiyou ne"
*and before that, Wink other songs were also used as insert songs: "Setsuna Version" in episode 13 and "Real na Yume no Jouken" in episode 23.
