In her career, she has released a total of 18 singles (3 of which released during the first path of career as idol) and 8 original albums (2 of which released during her idol days). There's no information about her total sales (all singles + all albums) but her total single sales alone are about 391,000 copies; with most of that came from one song alone, her biggest and only hit song (from her later career) that sold 389,000 copies, while the rest of her songs didn't sell much. Her idol career lasted until 1990 and then she went to a few years of hiatus. She re-debuted once again on April 21, 1994, now as a singer-songwriter.
Beside writing and composing most of her own songs, she also wrote and/or composed songs for at least 14 artists, including CoCo and Tahara Toshihiko.
...and decades have passed...
She last released her new single in 2001 and probably has retired since then. There's no recent picture or video that shows what she looks like now.
