Yorsh is still an active user around, so you didn't have to add a second translation.
Also, don't you think it would be better if you gave an explanation stating all the errors you find (if any) and give suggestions of improvements instead of simply saying that it has mistakes?

Con mi traducción alternativa ya di mi explicación. Entonces, si en esa explicación implícita hay un error, la discusión puede darse en los comentarios.
Si no hiciera una traducción desde cero, entonces ahí sí se me podría decir que estoy obligado a dar una explicación en los comentarios. :)
Y me hubiera cansado más si le hubiera explicado todo lo que consideré imperfecciones. Don't forget that I am a collaborator too. No podemos fijarnos en nimiedades.

If the user who submitted a translation is still active, there's no need to add a second translation. He/She can come and correct whatever is wrong (if anything is indeed wrong). It can be considered rude to add a second translation sometimes.
You simply come and say that a translation needs improvements, but doesn't give any suggestions. How do you expect such improvements to be made in the translation? Does that make sense to you?
Comments are not 'unimportant', by the way. Would you like it if anyone came and left you a 1-star, saying 'This is not good'?
