Translating "luxure" as "luxury" is a pretty big mistake. It means lecherousness/lewdness/debauchery/sins of the fless, and it certainly is not a synonym of "luxe" as traslating it as "luxury" implies.
Seeing hotels in English-speaking countries having French descriptions that speak of "rooms providing grand sins of the flesh" isof course amusing, but in this song making the error in both the second and the penultimate stanzas rather spoils things.
