"Your memory follows here" isn't right - the verb seguir in this context is to remain, "Tu recuerdo sigue aqui" = "Your memory remains here".
Also "Yo puse una velita a todos mis santos", velita = little candle not arrow.
Otherwise I like your translation, and I really like this song.
