"just one brake hose less" what does it mean?

If one or more of the brake hoses fails, the vehicle will not have brake pressure, and as a result will have inoperable brakes. A vehicle with inoperable brakes is obviously dangerous. He's showing contempt for the spoken of person in the previous lines, and wishes them to die. This being a way of achieving it.
