Hi! Stumbled upon this translation since I was translating another song by the artist)) If I may, I have some suggestions for this translation:

и раздалися голоса -> "voices" here is plural.
чем поят лошадей -> "that which they give horses to drink", not "more than the horses drink". Could also be shortened to "that which horses drink", sacrificing some meaning.
А я не пью, ей богу нет -> here, "ей богу нет" basically means "I swear I don't."
cтудентки тоже пьют вино. Непьющие студентки редки -> The translation for these lines flows awkwardly in English - a more natural translation would be "The girls [drink/are drinking] wine too. College girls that don't drink are rare"
Дурак, он лучше бы открыл -> here this is wordplay on the word "открыл", which means both "discovered" and "opened". So in these two lines, the meaning is "Fool, it'd have been better if he opened a new pub on our street", not "discovered the beer pub on our street".
чтоб доказать Земли вращение. -> There are better flowing variants available, such as "To prove the Earth spins", but at the very least the grammar in "Earth rotation" should be corrected - it's "Earth's rotation".
и в этом не было б сомнения. -> all repetitions of this line are mistranslated; what this means is "And there would have been no doubt [about this]."
Непьющие соседки редки, -> just like previously mentioned, in English "not drinking girls" doesn't work grammatically because "not drinking" isn't a valid adjective. It would be "girls that don't drink".
они повымерли давно. -> "They died out a long time ago", which has a different meaning to just "died".
Дурак, он лучше бы женился -> "женился" here is "gotten married", not "married himself".
