Changes for your consideration:
1) פורענות לא עלינו = I believe this is a plea to g-d - "calamity, not upon us!"
2) האור שלך מאיר עדיין זוהר = Your light, Meir, still shines - Meir in this case referring to מאיר אריאל, Meir Ariel, Z"L who passed in 1999.
