Thank you for giving me the opportunity to proofread your text. Here are my suggestions:
1. Line #4: "Nothing in the world is worth being upset about."
a) Even though it is totally accurate to use the word 'life' but using "the world" is more common.
b) The translation for the word "تزعل" is "upset", and for "تحزن" is "sad".
2. Line #6: "Like a child in his early age", or you can say "his early years".
3. Line #8: "Like a mother kissing her son who has returned from overseas" or you can say "returned from abroad".
4. Line #11: "You don't know what tomorrow might bring".
5. Line #19: "... even if 'your' summer is hot".
6. Line #20: "... even for your furthest neighbour".
7. Line #21: "ليل و نهار" is the translation of "night and day, but "ليل مع نهار" in terms of accuracy, should be translated to "by night and day". Both terms give the same meaning but the latter is more accurate.
8. Line #27: "Everyone" is the translation of "لكل شخص أو أحد أو فرد الخ" but the translation for "لكل الناس" is "for all the people".
9. Line #28: The term "embrace" is better than "live" to give the same meaning in English. Also, "ها" should be translated to "this". So you can say "Laugh.. and embrace this feeling".
10. Please mind the missing space marks after the ellipsis points (..) in lines 19, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 29.
