"Æg he fonne tebage te mæg" means "I have found myself again"
" Du må kje tru på i går" means "Dont believe in yesterday"
" Og en dag så æ du nærme" means "And one day you are near"

I think I would have translated "For her eg står æ det vår" to something like "For where I stand/am it's spring" as she's talking about the fact that she's experiencing the spring (aka a new beginning), not that the spring time has come.
