"Scunsa" is not an actual word but it may be a short for "Ascunsa" (meaning "hidden", feminine gender) or maybe for "De-a v-ati ascunselea" (meaning "hide-and-seek"). In any case, it has a "hiding" meaning.
"Creierul cablul cordul" is translated as "The brain, the cable, the heart" but in Romanian, it's a play of words as "cablu" means "cable" and "cord" could be translated as both "cable" or "heart" and the verse intends to say "should I follow the brain or the heart?".
