I have have it enabled on my account, and I was able to send PMs in 2019 (I can see in my inbox), but I've not been active here since then. I've checked several profiles (in case some has this unabled) but still "Send message" is not showing.
So have this feature been removed? Or do you need X points to get this feature or something?
I'm also unable to create a new message in my Inbox and add/tagg a user...

Hi,
Novice users can't send PMs anymore. You have to earn points and, as such, grow in the ranks, so you're able to write them. Simply add content, that's the trick.
Hello, since a forum topic has been opened by you and a PM has been sent to you and you asked me for help, Okay, yes, I can complete the lyrics and the translation, but it would be 'fair' if you asked for a transcription here. From what was told to me via PM, the songs are from the Turkish dub of a series that seems Japanese. There is no problem, but as was said, the fairest thing is for transliteration to be requested by you. Then, as you told me, you can upload it to YouTube without any problem, but I think you have to do things 'correctly'.
Yes, that's the thing, I can't add a song request without adding the audio. You can add this song on here when I've uploaded it to youtube so we have a video/audio to add, because this song is not on youtube (last time I checked)😊 that's why I had to do it this way, this time. Not sure if it's ok to link a filemail link under Video..
Ahh aha I see.. It didn't say anything about this here https://lyricstranslate.com/en/faq#faq15
Do you know how many points?😊 I've only been doing S&Ts on youtube, not adding the content here too..
Has the song not been uploaded to YouTube without the subtitles? Has it not been uploaded to any site? So, you told me you have a YouTube channel, didn't you? You could just upload it there and then request a transcription (add the YouTube link) or add the lyrics to the video (+ the YouTube video link) and ask for a proofreading
Indeed it doesn't, but it does mention it later on in the FAQ (#5.1 and #5.2):
