Baby put on heart shaped sunglasses: The “heart shaped sunglasses” are a reference to a poster for Lolita (1962), the original novel being by Vladimir Nabokov, which explores the themes of loss of innocence in humans.
In Lolita, Lolita finds herself curious about something she shouldn’t be – her stepfather. Just as how Lana shouldn’t be pursuing this bad guy. Also she really does wear heart-shaped sunglasses.
Take another drag turn me to ashes: A metaphor for Del Rey being the cigarette. He is using her, or “taking a drag” of Lana, and in turn she is crumbling into ashes, showing that this relationship is in turn ruining and destroying her, just like how a cigarette is gone and unable to be smoked again after being used.
Let’s take Jesus off the dashboard Got enough on ...: Often people have Jesus figurines on their car dashboards to remind them that God is watching over them. Lana wants to remove this so she’s not reminded how far she has strayed from a moral path in life.
Lana ironically states that since there is so much suffering in the world that Jesus won’t mind having one less person to worry about.

Since Lana is from Lake Placid, a more rural area, this line seem to play with the idea that she’s bringing a bit of the country to the city. The inclusion of “diet” seems like a nod to the fickle beauty standards of New York City’s culture.
