I liked your translation a lot, its very accurate in my oppinion. But as you say, by translating it from spanish some of the real meaning is lost, that for commercial and rhyme purposes is slightly different than italian one.
Alucinado its the (only one?) word that sounds alike to Enamorado, that also has a meaning as someone that's not too smart at the moment. In italian, Imbranato means clumsy and its sounds very alike to Inamorato, so searchin for the right words, I think they make an actually good job. So maybe picking Tiziano's songs from italian next time?

"Alucinado" can mean either "stunned" or "hallucinating". The original Italian version is called "Imbrianato", which translates to "clumsy", or "awkward" (and makes more sense in the context of the song). I used "stunned" because it reflects the original translation a bit better. (In my opinion, his songs are often translated from the original Italian into somewhat awkward Spanish, which is typical of many cross-over artists).
