Hola,Maja, let me tell you:
The first stanza, in Spanish, is written in subjunctive, meaning it is a wish, a possibility, and all of it is in regards to 'the girl he was looking for' therefore:
'That when I get to the disco' --. 'That when SHE getS to the disco".
Also,you can say "the whole world" but, in the area of the 'disco', I would say simply, "everybody".
