rested from conflict

behind the mounds monoliths
This country is still lovely,
because blue is the lake wind,
and the foliage is so green
And noble women, beautiful maidens
and men and lads
inhabit the Danish isles
Hail king and mother country!
Hail every Danne citizen,
who service as best he can!
Our old Denmark must endure,
as long beech reflects
its top in the oceans blue
