Since you've been gone I've been singing...: The mother felt guilt after losing her son and hence sings this song (Mainly giving herself a pity party by singing this song wishing she can in someway prevent her son’s fate thats why she called it stupid) The line So i can ponder the sanity of your mother means That she felt insane for neglecting her child and letting him die as the son dies she became progressively insane and doesnt associate herself as the child’s mother anymore because she failed to protect the child hence saying your mother instead of herself as she no longer sees herself as his mother

Something about the lines, “Those fuzzy memories mess with my temper” and “To the man behind the slaughter” are interesting to me. She might have saw William Afton kill the kids or she saw the newspaper of the missing kids. This woman might be Mrs Afton because she lost Elizabeth, the older brother and Michael. This would make sence too, William killed the kids because he watched his daughter and son die in front of him. The mother who might be Mrs Afton who is Ballora is upset because the older brother was murdered. This might not be true but my theory is that the older brother is foxy’s soul who is an afton and William was really mad at him because he caused the bite or 83' which made William go on his killing spree. So Mrs Afton had enough and couldn’t take all of her kids death so see commit suicide which with the anger she had because of William murdering the oldest made her be Ballora so she could have her revenge.

Since I last have seen my son: The last time that the mother of the child saw them was when they went to Faz Bear’s and because the Mother wasn’t looking at them and next to them the child was killed, and so the mother is very sad because it could’ve been prevented.
