literally, she sound like she is asking someone, but it's not clear whether she is asking "her boyfriend" to forget about the last year, or
like you say, may be she is talking to herself. 彼を誘ってみませんか sound like she is talking to herself.
Perhaps, "Won't I" fit better, I guess. It's my feeling though. It's very subtle matter so it's okay. :)

Yeah, it's a waste if they don't add Bilibili.com in here. There's a lot of rare videos that we can't find on Youtube (or have been deleted) are available in Bilibili.
I doubt copyright claims will be responded since it's China based website and knowing their track records about copyright. As long as the video contents don't talk about some sensitive issue or criticize their goverment, I'm sure the videos will be safe. But I don't know if there'll be some technical difficulties to incorporate Bilibili to this site.
