'Azure' is literally 'sky blue'. It could describe either her skin tone now that she's dead, her attire or it could have been placed there for another reason.
Changed "I will tell" to "I have told".
A "graveyard" primarily refers to a burial ground within a churchyard, which isn't the case here.

Could "Azul Celeste" be something as simple as "blue light" - the light through water?

Thank you for this wonderful translation. A few minor thoughts:
The Llorona is a ghost, so I think that she herself is of sky blue, so I would suggest that the first line simply be "Weeping woman of sky blue".
Where you have "I will tell," it should be "I told."
An artistic choice, but the word "graveyard" is more poetic than "cemetery," so I would have chosen that word.
But I am grateful for this excellent translation!
