"Miha" means someone who only follows what's in trend and/or what most people are doing. In the context of this song, seems like in her era, the trend was to have casual relationship. She dates just because it's cool and in-trend. To dump and to get dumped, changing partners is not a big deal, that's the trend. But then come this guy, trying to seize the opportunity of her breakup to get close to her, trying to play the "good guy" using her ex as the "bad guy".
