To me it seems that "Tia" here is a wordplay with it in song sounding a bit like "Ciao". With that mind olit all seems to mean something along the lines "Bye, bye byeandsoon" although ut might just be a meaningless sound which would add to song's shanty character

Is "tia, te faderaderej" a tongue twister? I can't find any explanation about it.
