Song title is a wordplay on "quando sarai grande" (when you grow old) due to it speaking about how a person with dementia tends to recede in their life, returning to act like a children at times. It's a reference to Cristicchi's own mother, who's become impaired due to a brain hemorrhage. / Grazie a Stefano8 per aver suggeritto dei miglioramenti.

Forse “Buonanotte” lo potresti tradurre semplicemente con “Good night”, dato che penso sia da interpretare come un saluto, un bacio della buonanotte :)
