Wakabayashi Shiho, born: September 6, 1971, was an idol active in mid to late 1980s.

In 1983, when she was in sixth grade, she won a Nippon TV contest called "Tamori no Kirakira Bishoujo Contest". The next year, she got her first role in a movie. Still in 1984, she won image girl audition for Revlon cosmetics. Then she made her debut as idol singer on February 25, 1985 (*debuted the same year as Nakayama Miho, Nanno, Saito Yuki, Asaka Yui, Minako Honda, Micchon, Matsumoto Noriko, etc).
