From time to time

From time to time
I crack up under the weight of hope
I sometimes go in the other way
From time to time
I have have arrows planted in my heart
From the pain, from the resentment
From time to time
I laugh about nothing
I pretend to be stupid because i like it
From time to time
I move forward being afraid
I am the son of my mistakes
And very often...

{Refrain :}
I stand up in front of your look
I dream where everything goes well
I am rushing, i take your hand
At the dusk, i meet you
I stand up in front of your look
I dream about going more far away
I am rushing, i take your hand
From the dusk until the morning.

From time to time
I bend under the weight of destiny
And sufferings stuck on my body
From time to time
I take shots in the back
Stupidities, word games,
From time to time
I regret the innocence
That we can have in our childhood
From time to time
I want the peace
For me, i don’t have respect anymore
And very often...

{Refrain}

From time to time
I think about wrong things
That without tears, is to be wrong
Basically what i’m waiting for
Is to see the end of our eforts
Love to be still here

I stand up in front of your look
I dream where everything goes well

I am rushing, i take your hand
At the dusk, i meet you

with the line "Que pas de larmes, c'est être fort", I think it should be translated "that without tears is to be strong" instead of "that without tears is to be wrong". I think you accidentally mixed up tort and fort. Tort which is wrong and fort which is strong.
