So, it's Gurmukhi? According to Wikipedia, that's a script used for Punjabi: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gurmukhi_script
I would therefore assume that the language is Punjabi?

The Mul Mantra translates as the root mantra from which a spiritual foundation is built. The Siri Guru Granth Sahib is based upon the concepts of the Mul Mantra.
