This song has three renditions by large ensembles. I listed all the participants therein, and wound up with a bloated list of covers. What do I do about this?

Does each ensemble go with specific, different names? If so, you could add an artist page named after each ensemble, then in each song to be added into each page, you can mention who performed a specific version in Featured Artist.

Not really. There are three ensembles: one is the original cast the play was performed by (black & white video), another is just an ad hoc gathering of artists who came together to hold a tribute event for the play’s musical composer (colour video), and a third is a gathering of prominent theatre actors performing at 2005 event staged as a tribute to great songs performed at the Cameri Theatre in Tel-Aviv:

If there is no main artist or ensemble name, then list the ensemble as "Various Artists", with the participants as "featuring artists". Then the "also performed by" under the song will list them as "Various Artists".

What if there is more than one ensemble?

If it's a musical, then the original cast version can go under "Name-of-the-play (Musical)" (like this: https://lyricstranslate.com/et/wicked-Defying-Gravity-lyrics.html). And to differentiate the other versions, maybe add the year in brackets like "Song Title [2017]". Perhaps a mod can offer more insight.

Sorry for the late reply. The first page should be in the play's page, without a doubt. If the ensembles don't have a name, all artists who participated in them can all be mentioned in APB in the first entry - but not linking to one another.

Everyone listed under ‘featuring artist’ in the original link are part of the original cast of the stage production of Khagigat Kayitz.

The participants at Zer leSasha Argov, the tribute to Sasha Argov, the song’s original composer, are Chanan Yovel, Chava Alberstein, Gali Atari, Illi Gorlitzky, Matti Caspi, Ofra Haza, Shoshana Damari, Yehudit Ravitz, plus a few others I can’t recognize.

The cast of Shirat haCameri, performing songs from the Cameri Theatre’s history, are Adi Aisenman, Adi Cohen, Anat Waxman, Asaf Goldstein, Assaf Pariente, Elinor Aharon, Guy Fridman, Idan Brook, Irit Kaplan, Itay Tiran, Limor Oved, Mira Awad, Nir Shalmon, Rafi Weinstock, Rami Baruch, Roi Saruk, Sharona Elimelech (credited as Sharon Elimelech, before her name change), Shiri Golan, Shlomo Vishinsky.

The rest of the performers listed all performed it separately.

In this case each ensemble can be given a page, and the song can be added in each of them, mentioning who performs which entry in the proper page.

So, 'Khagigat Kayitz' is the 'main page', with 'Zer leSasha Argov' and 'Shirat haCameri' being mentioned in 'Also performed by'.
