Pending moderation
Every time I try to create a new annotation to the lyrics, instead of one there is created lots of it and the "This annotation can't be created" message appears above, and when I try to delete them, the "this annotation can't be deleted" message appears.
Would you happen to have a screenshot of those? In our annotation list, there's only 3 recently added by you,

Only three, since I deleted the copies and left only one example for each annotation. I don't have a screenshot but I will try to not forget capturing the image when it happens once more.
