Clandestine*

I come only with my punishment
There comes only my conviction
Running is my fate
In order to deceive the law
Lost in the heart
Of the great Babylon
They call me the Clandestine*
'cause I don't carry any identity papers

To a northern city
I went for work
I left my life behind
Between Ceuta and Gibraltar
I'm a just a rake on the sea
A ghost in the city
My life is prohibited
Says the authority

I come only with my punishment
There comes only my conviction
Running is my fate
'cause I don't carry any identity papers
Lost in the heart
Of the great Babylon
They call me the Clandestine*

I'm the sellout of law
Clandestine Black Hand**
Peruvian Clandestine*
African Clandestine*
Marijuana illegal

I come only with my punishment
There comes only my conviction
Running is my fate
In order to deceive the law
Lost in the heart
Of the great Babylon
They call me the Clandestine*
'cause I don't carry any identity papers

Algerian Clandestine*
Nigerian Clandestine*
Bolivian Clandestine*
Black Hand** illegal

This translation was not done with GoogleTranslate. I'm not a fluent Spanish speaker so I can't say anything about its accuracy, but I can tell that this translation deserves at least 4 stars as I'd change a things here and there (for instance, I would have translated 'voy' as 'go' and not 'come').

You haven't selected the languages you speak in your profile as well, so your rating can't be taken seriously as we don't know if you're a Spanish and an English speaker.

So: select the languages you speak in your profile, then review your vote (if you still think this translation is not good, submit one of your own as Mauler hasn't been active in the website for 6 years). Else, I'll ask for this rating to be removed.

@Hansi K. Lauer: good idea, I'll take it to their consideration, thanks.

Yes, do so, please!
We have this problem too often, newbes coming in and giving unjustified 1 or 5 star ratings.
There should be a certain aquired credit required to be allowed to give a rating.
There is too much abuse around.

@ Le Dabe

And, perhaps, you should start translating to give us a chance to rate you.

This rating is completely unjustified!

@lt:
We should change this practice
and allow rating to translators only, starting from "Member" -rank.

Problem solved. ;)

I think now we can all delete our comments, because they refer to the non existing vote of a banned user.

I think there's a better translation for "Yo soy el quiebra ley."

Instead of "I'm the sellout of the law," it could be replaced by "I'm the violator of the law."

According to a French-Spanish discussion thread talking about this lyric, they say that "el quiebra ley" translates to "the violator of the law."
