My Japanese teacher's translation of this song was better. This was the theme to the 2019 Harumatsuri.

Interesting fact about the Harumatsuri!
I'm just a self-taught student, so it makes sense your teacher's translation was better, haha. I'd love to know which parts you feel are lacking in mine so I can fix them and have a more accurate translation :)
