Taking a few liberties to help the lyrics along in English. Trying to keep the meaning there without relying on direct translation, which could get a bit convoluted.
"Trú min er að allt fari ej vel" is correctly written "Trú mín er að all fari ei vel."
"Svikin orð, grót í kjafti þér" is correctly written "Svikin orð, grjót í kjafti þér".

На английский название песни переводится как: beach, ebb, low tide.
Потому в названии песни скорее имеется в виду не Пляж, а Отлив.
Maybe "Ebb" or "Low Tide" instead of Beach?
