That´s when the cartel noticed
with all his potential,
they gave him a job and a good craft
with which to earn more money.
He melted the bones
from the cartel´s enemies.
After all, they´re already dead
so he has nothing to fear.
And without a trace
he made them vanish.
Not long after
he has started working
more and more bundles came in,
without him thinking there was anything evil about it.
So, for each service
there was much more dough to be had,
he was almost rich now
and that helped care for his mother.
He became quite famous,
almost a craftsman,
made so by his signature methods
to cook and make bodies disappear.
And thus he earned his moniker
that will stay with him until the end.
They call him Pozole Cook
and he´s a legend in the drug trafficking world.

About translator
"Pozolero", on its original meaning, is someone who cooks Pozole (a traditional stew dish made with corn and diced meat amongst other things). It was traditionally consumed during festivities, and records claim that on one of such festivities, the Mexica indians would cook Pozole with human meat (instead of pork or chicken).
From this image, by extension, came the meaning with which it is used here and in the context of drug trafficking- the person in charge of body disposal, usually by putting bodies on a large container and filling it with acid.
