Fly Me to the Moon

Fly me to the moon
Let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like
On Jupiter and Mars
In other words hold my hand
In other words baby kiss me
Fill my heart with song
Let me sing forevermore
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words please be true
In other words I love you

Fill my heart with song
Let me sing forevermore
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words please be true
In other words
In other words I love you

Submitter's comments:

“Fly Me to the Moon”, originally titled “In Other Words”, is a song written in 1954 by Bart Howard. Kaye Ballard made the first recording of the song in 1954. Since then it has become a frequently recorded jazz standard often featured in popular culture; Frank Sinatra’s 1964 version was closely associated with the Apollo missions to the Moon, and the Japanese animated series Neon Genesis Evangelion played the song (as covered by various artists) at the end of every episode.
