Hey there,
The translation is pretty good, but there still some things I want to point out. They are very hard to get right if you're not a native, so no worries:
First, the title. It's probably a typo, but it's - Lass meine Liebe die Tür ÖFFNEN. You skipped the N :-)
"Wenn die Leute SICH ständig wiederholen"
"Dass du DICH niemals verlieben wirst"
"Wenn alles fühlt sich, als ob es vorbei wäre" - this doesn't work out, because feel is a tricky word in German. Like "He feels happy" - "Er fühlt sich glücklich", but "When everything feels all over" has to be translated with "Wenn sich alles anfühlt, als ob es vorbei wäre". In this case the proper word is "anfühlen" not "fühlen"
A four-leaf-clover is also considered to bring luck in middle European countries. We call it "ein vierblättriges Kleeblatt"
"Nimm dir alle deiner Sorge aus dem Sinn" - it needs to be used in plural form. "Nimm dir alle deine Sorgen aus dem Sinn"
"Ich kann dir davon abhalten, auseinanderzufallen" This phrase uses the accusative form so it's "Ich kann DICH nicht davon abhalten auseinanderzufallen"
"Lass dich von dem Elend frei" sounds rather clumsy and awkward. "Befreie dich von deinem Elend" would be more appropriate.
"Es gibt nur einziges Ding, dass wird dich frei lassen" - Ding sounds very informal and not very nice in this phrase. "Es gibt nur eine einzige Sache, die dich freilassen wird" would sound more fitting
"Du bist so glücklich, dass ich da bin" would be translated with "You are so happy that I'm here". Lucky is usually translated with "Glück haben". I would use "Du hast so ein Glück, dass ich da bin." It's more like one person telling another how much luck they have, but they are not necessarily happy about it
That's about it. Good work, all the corrections I made are actually very tricky wordings :-)
