Well, it could truly be in both contemporary Galician and Galician-Portuguese, which is also known as Old Galician, Medieval Galician, Old Portuguese and Medieval Portuguese. For the refrain was taken from an 800-year-old cantiga whose title is "Santa María loei e loo e loarei". And that refrain is in both Modern and Old Galician. What do you think? Should we keep it as only Modern Galician or not? It's something paradoxical though.
Considering it as only Modern Galician isn't bad nor wrong to be honest if you take account the singer's modern accent. On the other hand, if you take just the spelling into account, you could or should consider it as both modern Galician and Old Galician. It's funny. XD
