There'is someone!
There's someone in my heart, I write (her) every night, (while) she's sleeping! I don't want her to know, my heart is so impatient for her. (Impatiently wanting her to e here)
Once again, a piece paper, a pen has become soul mate of this crazy (in love) heart. A letter soaked in tears, but still no one is reading it!
one day, right here in my room, suddenly said; (she) is leaving!
I didn't say anything, didn't want break (her) heart.
I was crying. As she was closing the door, I knew, I'm going to die! (but) (She) was my sweat heart, I couldn't stop (her)!
I'm scared, day comes when I won't see (her) any more, I die alone. O Lord ! help me, I don't want (her) to know, I am suffering here.

About translator
In Farsi there is only one pronoun verses three (He, she, and it) in English. Therefore when song used single person pronoun ,I added parenthesis around it, cause realistically can be refereed to he or she. :)
