The original Yue language（越语）lyrics in Chinese characters（here these characters are only letters）.
Since “translate to ” has no “Yue”，I had to choose “Thai”，which belongs to Tai languages，just as the Yue language did.

Translation

Song of the Yue boatman

[It's] nighttime! A night of happy meetings.

I am very¹ shy,

I am good¹ at rowing.

[I] row across [the waters and] row slowly,

Joyful [and] pleased [am I]!

Dirty me,

With your Highness the Prince [I] make acquaintance.

Hidden [in my] heart forever [is my] yearning!

¹昌 transcribes a word which means "good" and is used to form superlatives.

What I'm trying to do here is produce a translation that closely matches the original. The other English translation appears to be a literal rendition of a Classical Chinese translation (which is also on this page), which is a free poetic translation. I'm using the line-by-line (or almost) explanation at https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E8%B6%8A%E4%BA%BA%E6%AD%8C/956789 to try and produce a more literal rendition that can be matched almost word for word with the original. Thanks to https://adiroot.net/Thai_language_Connection_to_ancient_Yue_language(s), I now know the word-by-word breakdown, so I will get my goal :).
