It seems that what the lyrics needed the most (in your eyes) was a(somewhat solid/)n interpretation because without it there would be no real translation...

The lyrics are based on the interplay between two themes: marine life and drug use. One way to summarize the connection is that by succumbing to a drug-induced high (and to a drug-centered lifestyle in general), one “goes under” and submits to the ebbs and flows of a life now out of one’s control. And hangs out with the dolphins, as it were… That said, several phrases are pretty confounding and open to interpretation, especially “ставя крабам” - this seems to be there purely for the sake of alliteration and rhyme, unless it was an in-joke with the band.
