kažu svi = They all say
boluješ od ljubavi = You suffer from love
to se teško podnosi = That is hard to handle
a nisam sa njom = But I'm not with her (Didn't je kratko za "Did not" i to znaci da nesto nisi uradio) na primer: but I didn't with her bih bilo "ali nisam to uradio sa njom" :)
život je, zato kriv: Life is to blame
Ne moze A life zato sto zivot nije singular, ali moze The life :)

Ako vidis da sam nesto pogresila ovde samo mi reci xD

For being curious - is it correct to translate ovaj put as this way? For the line to mean “life is being this way”?

Nope, it wouldn't work. In serbian, 'put' can mean дорога, or it can mean раз.
Examples:
Jedan put - один раз
dva puta - два раза
ovaj put - в этот раз

Idi na put - Иди своей дорогой

In English, we don't translate 'time' as 'way'. They are two separate words. 'Life is being this way' does not really make sense in English. You can say 'life is like this' :) depending on the context. If you want to translate 'life is like this', you would have to say something like 'takav je život' (жизнь - она такая).

'Way' can also mean 'način'.
