Hai (quasi) ragione ;) ; ho ascoltato la versione cantata da Tajoli e dice "socchiude quell'uscio pieno d'odor di Coty", quindi, letteralmente, "she half-closes that door full of Coty fragrance". L'espressione si può anche intendere in senso figurato "she steps away from that doorway full of Coty fragrance". Ciao

I had always heard: "Comandi, signora!"(= "please, Madam, ask me what you whant: I'm going to obey!")
And the Madam replies:"Cipria, e colonia Coty!"
I'm quite sure of the sense. More, in a large zone of north Italy many persons , when called, were used to reply:"Comandi!"
It's like to say: "Please, I'm here to serve you!".
The text could be revised.

I think it is more regional. In the north-east, until forty/fifty years ago, almost everyone, and mainly if living in the country, coming from paesant families, replied in this way. Mainly in Veneto,I guess.

I found a different line (« dischiude quel nido pieno d'odor di Coty »)
Certo, ci sono tante versioni.
Questa canzone data dal anno 1928.
