I guess there are several parts of the translation that should be re-visited. For ex, "Le long de l’herbe / L’eau coule et fait des ronds" would rather mean something like "Along the grass / water flows and makes circles", and "le grand soleil" means "the glorious sun". "Le vent, tournant dans les feuilles des bosquets" should be "The swirling wind in the leaves of groves" or smthg like that. I also understand "L’amour, ça coule au fil de l`eau" like "Love flows away with the water", not "renewing" ?
About translator
Avoir le cœur gros usually means to be sad. It's a fairly common French idiom.
