"If I mix them up, I bother them"
You should add another "if" after the comma, otherwise it sounds like "to bother them" is a consequence of "mixing them up", when it's not that (because there's another "si" in the original too).
"It's because I'm a jumble, a mixing."
The last word would be better as "mixture", as "un mélange" is a noun in this case, not a verb.
"Where I wanna go, even monkeys ape the wise men
And these wise one have created compartment in which they put us away"
Notice how you used "wise men" and then "wise one" right after to translate the same word. This is not consistent. Also, the second sentence doesn't sound entirely accurate to me. I would translate it as: "And these wise *men* have created *compartments* in which *to* put us away".
"If I bother you, well, it's the same"
You created a translator's note to explain "c'est la même", but you could just translate it as "if I bother you, well, I don't really care". This way you won't need the translator's note. If you want to translate it more literally, you could do it as "it's all the same to me" instead, which also kind of means "I don't care".
