Just wanted to submit a correction. This is clearly my opinion.
For the third lyric "Sabes que tu fuerte es pedir perdón" you translated it to "You know it's the hardest for you to ask for forgiveness". However, what it really means is "Your forte (strength, excel at) is asking for forgiveness".
