One day, a then 20 years old Chisato (1989) heard a male staff in her management company told her women are at the peak of their looks at 19 and will only decline since then. Being a very talented singer/songwriter, that rude comment only inspired her to write this hit song. This song became one of her most iconic song.
Released in June 25, 1992, although this song "only" placed at #15 in Oricon chart, the total sales is high: 227.720 copies, which is on par or even higher than some Oricon #1 ranked songs. She also used this song in her song battle in Kohaku Uta Gassen 1992.
This song was used as OST for a drama:
^ The actual drama is at 0:00 - 0:28. Guess who's the main actress of that drama? It's Saito Yuki! The rest of the video is mixed with other ads, but it also shows some familiar faces: (1:00 - 1:11) Oginome Yoko's drama, (1:42 - 3:29) Kyon2's tv ads, (5:35 - 6:03) Nanno / Minamino Yoko's drama.

^ Moritaka Chisato showing her drumming skill. Before she became professional singer, in highschool she had a band where she played as the drummer (and other positions, except vocalist). But those people above are not her highschool band, each of them are popular retro singer.
