'Яката колосана, а главата халосана' is like a saying, meaning 'Не му гледай капата, а под капата' - 'Don't look at his hat but what is under it'. https://lyricstranslate.com/bg/bulgarian-folk-kakva-moma-%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0... here ts the only place I could find the rag part.
