Kain
Cain
That morning the birds were silent
When Cain killed his brother in the field
Out of envy and desire at the beginning of time
He was the first muderer in the world
After his deed there was blood on his hands
After his deed there was blood on his clothes
After his deed there was blood on the Earth
Where the brother's voice still cried
Alone with the dead
Alone with the mark of the deed
Alone with the dead
Hatred, despair, greed and betrayal
After his deed he was marked
The field upon which the deceased still lay
Gave a fruit, but Cain was condemned
To live until the latest day
Until the last day
Alone with the dead
Alone with the mark of the deed
Alone with the dead
Hatred, despair, greed and betrayal

"Zum Leben bis zum jüngsten Tag": "der jüngste Tag" is doomsday or the Day of Judgment.

For the field I would say "bore fruit". "Come to fruition" is usually only a figurative phrase.
Oh sorry, I just didn't connect this with the field. I guess I've got to turn off the computer. Sitting much to long in front of it.
