Well, to keep the rhyming of the first verse, I would say:
The Lyre of Heart
=========================
Tunes of the lyre of heart intrigues heart
They are crying of love, blazing [the heart]
Tales of heart steal heart, is worth a read
[And] never this love and heart will be dead
"دلکش" in Persian means what 'attracts' or 'steal' the heart (see here). There is a word play between 'دل' (heart) and 'دلکش' (attracting/stealing the heart) in the first four lines.
"خواندنی" in Persian means 'worth reading' (see here)
EDIT: This is a general note and not about the specific words in question or the original comment. While ordinary people do use words freely and many times not quite accurately, and there is nothing wrong with it in daily talks, people with needed expertise usually rely on viable resources and references used in professional circles instead of hearsay and 'I say so' for more serious purposes.
