Translation

the sweetest and cutest thing

he has come to tell me

is that he has never betrayed me

And that he's in love with me and under my spell1

And I know how men are

like water in a sieve2

they lie under all circumstancs

morning, noon and in the evening

And he thinks that I believe whatever he says

And I tell him: alright, that's fine

And she who believes men

will end up in a mental asylum

He's arrogant and bullheaded3

with a wink from Eve he collapses

If he has forgotten what has happened to Adam

then I must repeat it for him

1. This all is sarcasm obviously.
2. There is an Arabic saying which I would translate as "She who trusts a man is the same as someone trusting water to stay in a sieve"
3. I.e: he's opinionated and you can't talk to him. It literally says "his brains are small" so it's also a jab at his intelligence.
