A great scholar/knowledgeable person, a beloved person, the most cherished friend/companion.
We are all begging you/seeking your intersection, O grandfather of al-Hassanain 3
The lights of Al-Hussein are the succor for al-Thaqalayn
The pure one, Rifaʽi, Abu al-Alamyni
Its green dome 4
The soul/aura of the benevolent ones is between the Hadratayn 5
The lights of Al-Hussein are the succor for al-Thaqalayn
Our Sheikh, Rifaʽi, Abu al-Alamyni 2
His mother is the Chaste/Blessed one 6, his grandfather is the Prophet.
Our sword is drawn, among the Awliya 7
The lights of Al-Hussein are the succor for al-Thaqalayn
We seek your aid, O Rifaʽi, O one who has two qiblas

It was just transcribed using the Turkish alphabet. I asked a native Arabic friend for help and he kindly helped me
